本次全員研習,老師帶領坐禪,並引導我們在潛意識狀態中,聆聽我們心中有關「願望」的主題。

 

In the study of all members, the Teacher led us to sit in meditation and guided us to listen to the subject reltated to "wish" in our minds in the subconscious situation.

在內容豐富的研習裡,其中有一個非常殊勝的單元,是老師帶領我們到一旁校園草坪進行了一段「與自己獨處的三十分鐘」的禪修。依照老師的教導步驟,讓我們平常沒有一秒停歇的思緒頭腦放空,單純放鬆地與天空丶樹木丶綠草丶泥土在一起。

 

In the content-rich study, there was a supreme unit, the Teacher led us to a nearby campus lawn for a meditation of "30 minutes with my own". Following the Teacher's teaching steps made our daily non-stop minds stop thinking and simply be with the sky, the trees, the green grass and the mud relaxedly.

同學們在後續分享時,提出了許多美好的發現與體驗,例如有人説因為躺下,看天空與週遭環境,有了不同視角,本來站著看世界,什麼都以我為主,當躺下後,大家都比我高,於是覺得可以謙卑地融入環境,自我被消融了。也有人說㐧一次看到鳥是如何振翅的丶不同的鳥叫聲,風拂過臉龐的感覺⋯⋯,甚至因此感到了前所未有的幸福丶安全。或是因此才發現自己的思緒沒有一秒消停,就連老師已經說要放空,腦袋卻還在思惟甚麼是放空…,也有人在過程中,看懂了自己平時緊繃的情緒來自哪裡,而領悟到何謂放下。

 

During the following sharing, the students put forward many wonderful discoveries and experiences. For example, some people said that because of lying down, when they saw the sky and the surrounding environment, they had different visions. Someone said, when standing to see the world, I felt everything is based on myself; after lying down, everyone was taller than me, I therefore felt that I could be humbly integrated into the environment, and my ego was melted. And some people said that it was the first time of seeing how the birds shook their wings, hearing the sounds of different birds and feeling the breeze gently touched their face……, and even therefore experiencing unprecedented happy and safe. Or some discovered that their thoughts never stop for a second, even the Teacher had made us to space out the minds and stop thinking, but the brain was still thinking about what is stopping thinking....And some people in the process understood where their usual tight emotions came from and realize what is letting go.

每位同學都在這場特別的戶外禪修中,釋放了平時身心的壓力丶打破既有的思維慣性,拓展了面對自己與外在的新視野。更重要的是體會到,一如老師以前就常說的,原來安全感不必透過奔走追逐整個世界,而是如此簡單地安住當下,回到大自然裡,與自己相處,就能踏實地感受到,自己是源源不絕地被宇宙中許多的愛包圍著…。

 

In this special outdoor meditation, each student released the pressure of normal mind and body, broke the existing inertia of thinking and expanded the new horizon of facing oneself and the surroundings. More importantly, we realized that as the Teacher used to say, the sense of security doesn’t have to chase the whole world by running to get; as long as we live in the present, return to nature, get along with oneself, then we can feel at ease being surrounded by much love in the universe….
