此次協會全員研習，老師贈送我們一場頌鉢身心能量調頻課。因為大家平常多有涉獵身心靈領域的相關資訊，有人對鉢療有實際接觸或聽聞，加上研習前，讀過歐蘭朵諮詢室官網老師所寫的頌鉢能量療癒的原理，及被老師之前幫忙做過鉢療的同學的心得，知道頌鉢能量的不可思議，都殷殷期盼著全員研習這一天早日到來~~

In this study for all members of the Association, the Teacher gave us a gift --- a class of Singing Bowl Energy Attunement of the body and mind. Most of students usually collect a lot of information about the body, mind and spirit, so some people have actually experienced or heard of Singing Bowl Healing. And everyone also read principles of Singing Bowl Energy Healing written by the Teacher on the official website of the Orlando Subconscious and reflection of classmates who had experienced the Singing Bowl Healing in the Teacher’s guidance, knowing the incredible energy of the Singing Bowl. Everyone was looking forward to the early arrival of the study.

一、團體頌鉢能量調頻

I. Singing Bowl Group Energy Attunement

全員研習當日，老師先帶我們做團體頌缽能量調頻。

On the day of the study of all members, the Teacher first guided us to do the Singing Bowl Group Energy Attunement.

大家一始都以坐禪的姿勢

Everyone adopted sitting in meditation pose at first.

後半部的人已經逐漸在音頻中躺平，前排的人也快要…

The people sitting in the second half had gradually lain down in the sound frequency, and the people sitting in the front row were also about to...

最後全員躺平，因為太放鬆了 ( 哈哈…)

In the end, everyone lay down because it was too relaxing (haha...)

「聽了鉢聲，原本腰部左後方會疼痛的地方，有彷彿被推拿按摩的感覺，像是疼痛的部位自己感受到了療癒而暢通，而不是外力施壓強迫它打通。」

"Hearing the sound of Singing Bowl, the originally painful area on the left back of the waist felt like being massaged, it seemed that the painful area felt being healed itself and smoothed, instead of being forced through external pressure.”

琬O：

「隨著頌鉢的悠遠聲音，自己彷彿被帶到了一個廣闊無垠、很純淨的地方，整個人都很放鬆、很溫暖，原本因為過敏而一直流鼻水的鼻子，在溫暖的能量之中，放鬆了，也自然而然好了。」

“With the distant sound of Singing Bowl, I felt like being taken to a vast and pure place. My whole body was very relaxed and warm. And my nose which was running because of allergies naturally relaxed and stopped in the warm energy.”

雅O：

「鉢聲很實很穩，跟著音波，感覺整個人都消融了，感覺不到肉體的存在，像懸浮在一個純淨的空間裡，明亮溫暖。平常忙著照顧小孩，無法好好放鬆，跟著音波身心放鬆後，突然感受到諸佛菩薩對我的愛，感覺宇宙有滿滿的愛在關心我。結束後，心裡有說不上的喜悅，疲憊的身心得到了紓解。」

“The sound of the Singing Bowl was very solid and steady. Following the sound wave, my whole body felt like melting, and I almost couldn’t feel the existence of the body. It seemed that I suspended in a pure space which was bright and warm. I was usually busy taking care of the children and couldn't relax. After being relaxed in the sound wave, I suddenly felt the love of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and felt that the universe was caring for me with abundant love. When the energy attunement was over, there was unspeakable joy in my heart, and my tired body and mind were both relieved. "

錦O：

「鉢聲消除了我所有的雜念，好舒服，這是連我平常靜坐都沒法達到的狀態。」

“The sound of Singing Bowl dispelled all my distracting thoughts, and it was so comfortable. It was a situation that I couldn't even reach in normal sitting meditation.”

瑞O：

「音頻如海浪般襲來，不由自主想要躺下，放心隨之震盪，感覺身體全然放鬆了。到結束後，我的雙手都還有氣感。」

“The sound frequency hit like ocean waves, and I couldn't help but want to lie down and vibrate with the sound waves. I felt my body completely relaxed. Even after the end, my hands still had Qi-sensation.”

敏O：「在鉢聲中，非常放鬆，鬆到身體好像不見了。」

“In the sound of Singing Bowl, I was so relaxed that my body seemed to disappear.”

*秀O：

「躺平後，覺得能量也貫穿身體，原本冰冷的手腳變得好溫暖。」

"After lying down, I felt energy flowing through my body, and my originally cold hands and feet became very warm."

麗O：

「感覺全身毛孔張開，包括腳底，都很放鬆。有一瞬間好像又回到有次個人向老師學習時，老師帶領我進入空性的感覺，類似浮在空中。做完感覺很放鬆舒服，沒有睡著，但就像睡了一覺般，身心能量飽滿。」

“I felt the pores all over my body opening, and I felt so relaxed including the soles of my feet. For a moment it seemed like I went back to the time when I was learning from the Teacher in private, she guided me into the feeling of emptiness, like floating in the air. I felt very relaxed and comfortable after doing the energy attunement. I didn't fall asleep, but I was full of physical and mental energy, just like having had a good sleep."

結束後，大家都好舒服，不想結束…

After the end, everyone was so comfortable and didn't want to end...

二、個人頌鉢能量療癒

II. Singing Bowl Individual Energy Attunement

接著，老師臨場開放名額，為有身體部位疼痛的同學個別做了免費的頌鉢能量療癒。

Then, the Teacher gave us special quotas on the spot, giving free Singing Bowl Energy Healing for the students who had physical aches.

*宛O：

「感恩老師送給我們頌鉢體驗，更感恩老師為宛o做鉢療。之前上課完坐高鐵（久坐）回來南部後下車走路，通常髖骨會開始持續痛，今天下了高鐵雖然一樣走路有痛感，但回到家後就不痛了，感覺真的很神奇」

I was so grateful to the Teacher for giving us the experience of Singing Bowl and deeply appreciated that the Teacher did Singing Bowl individual energy healing for me. My hip bones usually started to ache continuously after taking the Taiwan High Speed Rail (sitting for long periods) which I took to go back to Tainan after the class. After the energy healing, although I still felt the similar pain when walking after taking the Taiwan High Speed Rail today, I didn’t feel the pain after getting home. It was really amazing.

*禎O：

「我顳顎關節發炎數個月了，晚上戴咬合板睡覺，仍然改善不多。老師幫我做個人鉢療，當鉢聲響起在耳畔時，心情立刻感到很舒服，顳顎關節也隨著聲波一次次鬆開，咬合的疼痛減輕了，嘴巴可以張開的角度提高。接著老師把鉢放在我胸口，心中立刻被觸動，甚至不自覺流下眼淚，在鉢療過程，我感到很寧靜舒服，都不想離開這個狀態了。老師說我的顳顎關節發炎跟心輪問題有關。感恩老師教導我後續再如何覺察療癒。」

My temporomandibular joint had inflamed for several months. I wore a bite plate when sleeping at night, but it still didn't improve much. The Teacher did the Singing Bowl individual healing for me, when the Bowl sounded in my ears, I felt comfortable instantly, and my temporomandibular joint also loosened with the sound waves again and again, the pain while biting was released, and the opening angle of my mouth increased. Then the Teacher put the Bowl on my chest, I was touched in my heart and even shed tears unconsciously. During the Singing Bowl healing, I felt very peaceful and comfortable and didn't want to leave that state. The Teacher said that my inflamed temporomandibular joint was related to the “heart chakra” issue. I am so grateful to the Teacher for also teaching me how to perceive the issue of my heart and heal myself in the future.

三、中脈能量療癒

III. Sushumna Energy Healing

最後，老師看到我們很羨慕有兩位同學親自接受個人鉢療，當場決定送給了我們每人一份特別的禮物─以頌缽為我們做中脈能量療癒。透過頌鉢接觸身體的振頻，大家體驗到了更深層的震撼。

Finally, the Teacher knew that we were envious of two of our classmates who received Singing Bowl individual healing, she decided on the spot to give each of us a special gift---healing our Sushumna energy with Singing Bowl. Through the Singing Bowl’s vibration frequency when touching the body, everyone experienced deeper shock.

做完，感覺太神奇都說不出話了。

After the healing, she became speechless because it felt so magical.

還沒輪到時，大家都好奇興奮地想著，那是甚麼感覺啊？

Before each one's turn, everyone was curious and excited, wondering what it feels like?

有人做完，心中泛起了「終於回家了」的巨大感動。

「最近兩天，梅尼爾氏症發作，轉頭上下動作太大就會暈，暈到肚子裡的東西都吐光，比暈車還嚴重，當老師幫我做中脈鉢療時，音頻一直圍繞在耳朵附近，然後像宇宙爆炸一樣，在耳朵的高度呈環狀光芒向外震開，但奇妙的是，在老師敲完之後，暈眩感覺沒有了，之後也不用小心翼翼在行進動作中，保持頭部穩定平衡，可以自在的說話了。感恩老師。」

“My Meniere’s disease onset in recent days, when turning head up and down too much, I felt so dizzy that everything in my stomach was vomited. It was more serious than motion sickness. When the Teacher did the Sushumna energy healing with Singing Bowl for me, the sound frequency kept surrounding my ears, and then like a universe explosion, the sound frequency radiated outwards in round structure at the height of my ears. But the amazing thing was that the dizziness disappeared after the Teacher finished knocking. Then I didn’t have to carefully keep the head stable and balance during movement so that I could speak freely. Thank you, Teacher.”

“I felt the shock of the vibration frequency, and it really shook the deeper part of my spirit. I felt like being knocked awake. The tangled neurons in my mind and body were relaxed. Suddenly I learned from the bottom of my heart that the Teacher had taught in the lecture of “Sutra of the Original Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva” that the Buddha's loud voices are all teaching the Dharma. When the sound of Singing Bowl reverberated in my ears and shook the whole body, I felt that I had been taught incredible Dharma. Thank the Teacher very much.”

「感覺頭腦裡原本錯綜複雜的線團被光籠罩、消融，也感覺到一道光從頭頂直達海底輪，白色的光補充了所經之處的能量，很舒服。」

“I felt that the intricate ball of thread in my mind was shrouded and melted by light, and I also felt a light from the top of my head to reach the “root chakra”. The white light supplemented energy of every place it passed. I felt very comfortable.”

*O怡：

「做完，彷彿大徹大悟了，覺得頓時清醒，有一種堅定感。」

“After the healing finished, I felt like reaching great enlightenment. I felt sober instantly and having a sense of firmness.”

*雍O：

「音波從頭頂震動傳送至尾椎，整個身體感覺是貫通的，很有能量。」

“The sound waves vibrated from the top of the head to the tail vertebrae. I felt the whole body was unblocked and full of energy.”

After going through the journey of energy healing with Singing Bowl, everyone was more relaxed and happier than the state when they came. Everyone was full of vitality, like the body, mind and spirit which were tired in the busy life had been repaired, the old shell was washed away, and the original pure appearance was reproduced. We are deeply grateful for the incredible purification, repair and healing of the Singing Bowl energy that the Teacher gave us.
